1. Overview
This policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds for our international e-commerce store. Our company is headquartered in Switzerland, and our goods are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in China to customers worldwide.

The following policy is designed to be fully transparent regarding return logistics, upfront costs, and our "Total Refund" structure.

2. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Strict Window)
You have a strict window of exactly 14 days from the date you (or a designated third party) receive your goods to initiate a return.

  • EU Consumers: This 14-day window complies with your statutory EU Right of Withdrawal.

  • International Consumers (Outside the EU): We extend this exact same 14-day return window to all global customers as our standard company policy.

Strict Deadline & Disclaimer of Warranties: After the 14-day period has expired, all sales are final. We explicitly state that no warranties, guarantees, or rights to return of any kind are provided beyond this 14-day period.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the item(s) must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must be unwashed and unworn.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Note: Items arriving damaged or defective must be reported to us immediately upon receipt within the 14-day window.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount.

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Personal care or intimate goods (for hygiene reasons).

5. Return Logistics & Instructions
Do not return your items to China. All eligible returns must be sent directly to our headquarters in Switzerland.

To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact us at ledermann.johnson@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to declare your withdrawal/return.

  2. Await Confirmation: We will acknowledge your request and provide you with authorization.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item to our Swiss headquarters at the following address:

6. Customer Upfront Costs
Due to the international nature of our shipping, the customer is strictly responsible for the following upfront costs:

  • Initial Import Fees: The customer is responsible for paying all initial import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their local authorities upon delivery of the item from China.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the upfront shipping costs to send the item back to our headquarters in Switzerland.

7. Our "Total Refund" Structure
While you are responsible for upfront costs, we operate on a "Total Refund" model to ensure you are not financially penalized for a valid return.

Once your returned item is received at our Swiss headquarters and inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions, you will be refunded the following:

  1. The full product price.

  2. The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

  3. The return shipping costs incurred to send the item to Switzerland. (Requirement: You must provide us with a valid receipt/proof of the exact amount paid for the return shipping via email).

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to appear in your account.

8. Special Customs Reimbursement Policy
We understand that international orders from China may incur local customs duties or import taxes. While these fees are paid directly by you to your local government/authorities, we offer a voluntary reimbursement of these customs fees.

Requirements for Customs Reimbursement:

  • You must send an email to ledermann.johnson@gmail.com containing a valid, official receipt or customs document proving the exact amount paid for that specific package.

  • Please note: This voluntary reimbursement process is the only way to recover customs costs through our company. Without an official receipt, no customs fees will be reimbursed.
